Richard’s work speaks for itself. Just went in for a tiny knuckle tattoo and found him based on his line work. He gave a quote and stuck to it. The time he took and the detail he put it.. amazing. This is your guy for fine line work.

Caleb was so wonderful and sweet! He did my second nostril piercing. The shop was clean and had a great vibe! The prices were also great!

it was super fast and clean environment. only downside was that there was no marking and i was pierced slightly off center

Yesser had been doing an amazing job on my tattoos! He is very friendly and professional. He has been able answer all of my questions and I feel very confident in his knowledge and skill. His workspace is always clean and well organized. He listens to my concepts and creates amazing designs with them. I can’t praise him enough and I highly recommend him! My daughter has gotten 5 piercings in each ear. She’s had several people do them and each one has been incredible. They are all so friendly and patient with her. Everything is clean and sanitary. It’s been a very positive experience every time

Professionals , great customer service, clean place , great atmosphere . , happy with the services, she woke up next morning and super good and is healing well.

Sara did an amazing job on my fine line rose. She was very nice and this is the most comfortable I have ever been getting a tattoo. My best friend was in town for 24 hours, we walked into the plaza location and were serviced right away.

Did a walk-in with 4 people and it was so quick and so fun! I was very nervous about getting my helix done but it wasnt bad at all and our piercer was great! He also took the time to talk to my sister about the different options to fix her uneven lobe piercings and did a great job evening them out!

T & her mentor were the ones to pierce me ! Her mentor was very fun to talk too the both of them, T & her mentor took there time & talk to you through the process so you feel as welcome & safe assured as possible. Overall it was a 100/10 experience they were so welcoming !

She took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Her calm and reassuring approach really put me at ease, and the piercings turned out perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Emily to anyone considering a piercing at Black Cloud!
