This is my 2nd tattoo with them. They are the absolute best! Maty was amazing to work with and he truly cared about the tattoo he did for me. I will always make the 3 hour drive to get work done by them!

The artists did great! Got my husband and I in quickly as walkins with great work! My only con was checking out. We were given a price upfront but it increased at checkout. My only suggestion to anyone going is to get a set price before hand in writing.

Got my belly pierced! They are amazing and it was painless! Very smart and knowledgeable on anatomy and jewelry to match anatomy! Will definitely be going back!

my piercer was very patient with me because there were a few instances where i had panicked and needed a minute. she was gentle and made sure both of my piercing placements were too my liking. i even asked her to replace my nose jewelry i’ve had for almost 3 years and she did not hesitate. 10/10 would try again!!! m p.s. it took everything in me to not go get more piercings in my ears while i was in the area!😆

Took my pre-teen son to get his ears pierced and decided to pierce my helix while I was there. An apprentice did our piercings and she was amazing — communicative, friendly, patient, and excited to pierce us! She talked us through the process, helped us pick jewelry, and was overall awesome! This is my third piercing at Black Cloud in Concord Mills and every experience has been stellar. I will always recommend them.
