I came here end of last year for a nose and tragus piercing (quick and ease of pain process) and after a period of time I came back for a swap out my piercings for the hoop look. Unfortunately I found out months later that piercer did not close off the hoop in my nose completely and the hole healed around the earring (no problems with my tragus). However, when I brought it to their attention, they removed the piercing at no charge and told me I could come back in 4 weeks (to allow for healing) for a re-piercing at no charge. I was a little anxious that when I came back they would not honor this but when I went in, I had no issues. And another painless and quick experience! Highly recommend- each staff member I've spoken has been friendly , professional , and comforting.

flowers was my pricer and she did a amazing job, she explained everything step by step and had all the answers i was looking for. this was my second visit at this shop and iv never had a bad experience all the workers are very experienced at what they do! 10/10 love my septum
