Cierra made me feel extremely comfortable talk to me the whole way through it it was the first piercing I've had other than my ears.. I absolutely love my cheek dermal I'm not sore today I have a little bit of bruising but that was expected.... I 100% would recommend her and I will definitely be back for more piercings..... My experience was so good that I want more now.... Thank you Cierra for making my first time a wonderful experience.....💖

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff at Black Cloud Tattoo and Piercing. They took the time to answer all my questions in an effort to minimize my anxiety about my daughter getting a nose ring. He explained the cleaning process in detail as well as why she can't take the nose ring out for 8 weeks. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to get a tattoo and/or piercing. Elle and the guy who I spoke with on the phone were both amazing! I had my belly pierced. Elle helped to calm my anxiety and made it a quick and easy experience. I will definitely recommend this store for any piercing needs.

My husband and I went there to get my baby girl ears pierced and my nose as well. We were served by Alex. She is very professional and was very patient with us. She knows her job and explained every step to us before proceeding. We were very pleased with her service.
