I’ve gotten 3 tattoos from Richard at Black Cloud and he kills it every time! I am so impressed with the detail and quality of each one. Even though I know they are going to be great I’m somehow still shocked at how amazing they turn out when he’s done. 15/10 recommend!

Definitely one of the best piercing experiences that I have had! Super clean environment and the piercer has SUPER good vibes and the entire process was quick and easy. I was extremely comfortable the whole time, and definitely will be coming back for any more piercings I get.

Alex was amazing! Very transparent about the re-piercing process and very patient & attentive to my pain response. She asked me to trust her & I didn’t. A couple tears lol but she was able to get new jewelry through without me needing a full re-piercing.

This place certainly lived up to the 4 and 5 star reviews I'd read. Everyone was friendly, & I loved that I was shown 4 different sizes, with their price points, of the piece I wanted. At first I was only thinking to get just the symbol, but Juan worked with me and was very patient. I was able to include the broken chain and stay within my price range. Definitely coming back here for my next piece! 20/10 would recommend!
