Camilo was amazing! He was super kind and communicated the whole time to make sure I got the tattoo I wanted. The establishment was very nice as well. If I were to ever get another tattoo I would go back to Black Cloud hands down.

Med was amazing. I told him what I wanted, and he made it come to life. I will be back to get more of his pieces!!

I have multiple ear piercings ,my last being done at Black Cloud. I wish I could've gotten them all done there! Very gentle and less traumatic then piercings done by a gun.

Was able to get same day tattoo with Tim who was absolutely Awesome for Mother/Daughter tattoo & Tattoo is flawless. Then got nose piercing by Arianna who coached me through it all because I was nervous. Both artists very professional and knowledgeable. Go see them at Charlotte Premium Outlet Steele Creek area.

First thing I noticed was the shop was very clean and the employees were welcoming. I didn't get the name of my piercer but she was patient and quick. She talked to me through the piercing process which helped calm my nerves. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a piercing!

Highly recommend tattooing with Angel. He is an extremely talented artist. We did a start of a Japanese themed fine line sleeve.

Richard did an awesome job on my tattoo. I would definitely go back to see him. He was very helpful and patient with me when I was deciding on the placement of it. Just be aware that they only take cash so I would bring it so you can avoid their ATM fee.

I’ve been here a couple of time through out my years of living in the area and I love it. They always come out nice and heal properly. And all the girls were so sweet with making sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. Great experience every time !
