The piercer was extremely kind! We walked in with a group of 3 and were out with our piercings in less than 45 minutes. Extremely quick, painless, and I'll definitely be coming back again! I believe our piercer name was Joy as well.

This was my first time walking into the shop everyone is so nice and welcoming here. They make you feel so comfortable and welcomed, I came to get my industrial piercing done the woman who did my piercing was so nice all good vibes!! I definitely recommend I would definitely come back again to do my second piercing!!!!

Q was an amazing piercer with a great personality. He was knowledgeable able piercing aftercare and jewelry. We also me Carlos!!! He helped me practice my Spanish and encouraged me to keep studying and practicing. Overall, this was my 2nd experience at Black Cloud and I’ll be back!

Unfortunately I forgot her name but she was a very kind young woman with piercings on her nose and a septum she was wonderful and kind and answered all my questions for my first nose piercing. Thank you !
