We had a great experience! My daughter and I both got a piercing at the store at the charlotte premium outlets. Alex was our piercer and she did a fantastic job putting us an ease during the process. Facility was clean and well kept!

We did matching mother daughter tattoos. My second one, my kids first. I'll be going back definitely for a memorial tattoo of my parents. Lug was cool! I enjoyed chatting with him! He handled my picky daughters with ease.

Reece was amazing it was my first piercings and I’m horrified of needles but she amazing at keeping me calm through the process. Very happy with my experience and will definitely come back if I decide to get another piercing.

I came here to get a tattoo for my 18th birthday and I was a little nervous but everything went so smoothly. Richard was the nicest person and made sure I was 100% happy with the design, size, and placement and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Inside was super clean and comfortable and it is very reasonably priced. I will 100% be coming back soon for my second tattoo

Pretty dope place, I’ve gotten two piercings there, both with really nice piercers, and they did a good job. Haven’t gotten infected in either with the first being year healed at this point. Most recent piercing was a nostril piercing with Reece and it turned out great!

I've gotten a couple piercings here, I love them! Reece was the one who did my piercings and they were absolutely amazing! Each time they have been friendly and helpful! The place is very clean and overall was a great experience! Can't wait to head back for more!
