This is the second time I've come here for piercings and I have yet to be disappointed. Both times I had been a walk-in and they saw me in a timely manner, they were patient answered all of my questions, and I never felt like they were trying to upsell me on work expensive jewelry. I will always recommend them to friends and family looking for piercings.

Both of my kids had their ears pierced, they both really wanted to do it but one was super nervous. They were so calm and reassuring. We will recommend BlackCloud a thousand times over.

The young female piercer, pierced my daith and provided real, constructive feedback as well as exuded professionalism. I would come back to get more cartilage piercings. They provided cleaning care instructions, gauge and length of the jewelry, which no other piercing place has done for me.

Cierra gave me a nape surface piercing and was PHENOMENAL!! I haven't had a piercing since I was 18, I'm 34 now was nervous and feeling old but man, she made me comfortable, was clear, essentially held my hand every step of the way and made me feel we've been friends forever. Super clean and painless. I love it! I'll be going back for more from her specifically

I wish I remembered the name of the person who pierced my nose, but she was awesome. She explained everything as she was doing it and made sure I liked the placing of my piercing. She was also very gentle and my piercing has healed beautifully ❤️

My daughter got her nose pierced for 16th bday. Piercer was nice and very attentive.

The lady that helped us was very sweet and she calmed my daughter as she got her nose pierced. I will return!

I’m not sure who my piercer was, but she was great. She made my girlfriend and I feel comfortable and walked us through the process. We did a deep breath exercise before being pierced. I got a nose piercing, and my girlfriend got two ear piercings. Our piercer did such a great job, I came back for another piercing! My aftercare is going well. If you’re looking for a new piercing, Black Cloud is perfect.
