Erin was phenomenal. I was nervous about getting an eyebrow piercing and she was so patient and accommodating. She was one of my biggest cheerleaders throughout the process. I highly recommend her and I plan to use her in the future. Thanks Erin!

Alex was incredible with my daughter when we went to get her ears pierced. Daughter has been wanting to get her ears done for over a year now and I feel we picked the perfect place. Alex was fun, entertaining, and helped calm all fears. If we lived in the area, we would definitely be back for more work. Thanks for such an easy and positive experience!

I walked in for ear lobe piercing. The shop was clean and the vibe was calming. The piercer was knowledgeable and the piercing was painless. My friend decided to get her naval pierced while there because of the piercer doing such a great job. That piercing went flawlessly as well.

I had a great experience at Black Cloud. I was extremely nervous about getting my nose pierced as I have a low pain tolerance and dislike of needles but Camryn Renae did a great job and I felt safe and comfortable with her. It was quick and only a bit of pain. She did a great job properly preparing me and I love the position she chose. I love my nose ring and would recommend Camryn to anyone.
