Alex was absolutely a wonderful salesperson ,and she did amazing with my nose piercing. It was my 2nd time Re piercing nose due to it closing up. I had my expectations due to my first experience……. Absolutely a game changer. Her technique was different than my first, and I didn’t shed a tear. I highly recommend her for a nose piercing!!!!!

I was pierced and helped by your employee syd. They did an incredible job very caring and helpful while i was scared getting my bellybutton pierced as well as my septum. They were so sweet friendly and attentive.

I absolutely loved my experience at Black Cloud! I was very anxious to receive my first piercing and all the girls were so encouraging and nice to me during the whole process! Extra thanks to Morgan for piercing my septum so beautifully!

Joan is an amazing tattoo artist that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful tattoo on their body. He is very polished and takes his time to make sure every tattoo is perfect and according to what the client wants. I would definately get another tattoo from him in the future.
