I got 2 piercings (Forward Helix, Tragus) that I was very nervous about and Joy put me at ease. They were not as painful as I thought they would be. I am happy and cant wait to do the same thing on the right side.

We arrived just after opening on a Saturday and were helped right away. My questions were answered and the whole piercing process was handled very smoothly. It was an easy experience and everything has healed very well. I would highly recommend Black Cloud for piercing services.
