Hannah was very good and empathetic! After a pretty scary first try with my septum( needle couldn’t go through) she made sure I had water and stayed calm. She said “ I don’t want you to pass out” lol I took a min then decided to get my eye brow pieced and it went smoothly. Would definitely recommend

Phil was excellent and incredibly talented, the shop was clean with a great vibe, will be returning soon!

Piercer was quick, affable, and accurate. Just a couple of days post piercing, and there's virtually no discomfort or tenderness in the area. Also, the Concord, NC location offers walk-ins, which is very convenient.

Was referred to this place by an employee who worked at one of the Kiosk at Sugarloaf Mall. Upon entering the studio, which is set up really professional and clean, I was greeted immediately by a young lady who was very friendly. I told her what I was looking to have done. She then called another young lady to the front, who was just as friendly, who would be the artist working on me. She explained the process throughly and answered all questions I had. The procedure wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. Afterwards, she made sure I was ok. Explained what I needed to do to care for the area. And even recommended care products. This lady really knows her business. If you're looking to have any type of tattooing or body piercing done, I would definately give this place a try.

Frankie was awesome! I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and she was really nervous. Frankie was so calm and made her have a great experience!

Very professional, and didn’t take long at all

Walked in to get a piercing, met piercer Jeremy. He was fantastic, the atmosphere was really chill and everything went nice and smooth! Very clean, professional and overall nice environment. Great price as well! Will be back as its definitely more convenient than my previous place. overall super happy

Amazing

I have been looking forward to a nose piercing for a while now. I looked at Banter, and the techs there recommended Black Cloud. I went to the Carolina Place location and Emily performed my piercing. She explained everything to me up front, and aside from me missing her tell me to take a deep breath, it went well. I have not experienced any problems or soreness. I just follow the instructions and things are good. I’ll definitely be back for my next one.
