Lucy is amazing! She's so professional and knowledgeable about piercing. Leo made it more fun as he videoed and took photographs. I'd recommend Black Cloud for piercing to anyone!

I walked in for two helix piercings and was pierced by Frankie a few days ago. Very encouraging, very nice and swift. I like that they give a card for how long until can be safely changed and the gauge size for buying other piercing jewelry. The other business where I got my nose pierced didn’t do that. No problems with the piercing, have been keeping up with the routine they told me! I’ll be back for my other ear in a few months!!
