Great experience and clean facility. Came in to get two of my piercings done. One for each ear but a really sweet girl. Educated me on why she did not recommended both at the same time. I explained to her that my piercing got infected last year and she explained why. I will be back in 3 months after healing to get the other one done. I will also be bringing my baby girl for her piercing.

I finally decided to get my second lobe pierced and came here! My hairstylist recommended this place and they did not disappoint! I scheduled an appointment online, but I don't think I needed to, I came on a Monday afternoon so it wasn't busy at all I was literally in and out. I was greeted when I walked in by Hannah, who ended up being my piercer. She was cool and sweet. A good vibe, and she did a great job on my piercing! I got both lobes done which came out to $50, but their jewelry is priced separately. It's not a huge selection so I just got a basic silver stud that plus the tip ended up totaling around $85. I'll definitely be back to get my tragus done!!

Maya was very professional with a bubbly personality, knowledgeable and efficient! I took my daughter to get her nose pierced, which was a walk in and there was little to no wait time. My daughter and I were very satisfied with the excellent service. I highly recommend Black Cloud 🖤
