My husband and I were so pleased with the service, our room and the breakfast!! Room was very clean. Bed was exceptionally good. We slept very well!! Next time in Springfield, we will definitely stay at The Baymont!!!

The staff was super friendly, hotel very clean, bed was brand new, comfortable, and the hot tub was amazing in that the atmosphere did not overwhelm my lungs with the burning aroma of chlorine that usually accompanies hotel hot tubs. But the reason for only 4 stars is that my boyfriend and I are locals that just wanted to celebrate a night away from home without dogs and kids and the policy is to charge $250 deposit for anyone that lives within 50 miles. Unfortunately, the first three hotels I checked on would not even rent to a local person and the 4th one that would was booked solid so when I found this one and they said they would but the catch was the deposit, I didn't mind putting it on a credit card that I don't normally use. They promised the deposit would be reversed within 3 business days, but here it is on a weekend before New year's Eve so I'm assuming it will take a week before I see this credit. So if you are passing through Springfield Missouri this is a wonderful place to stay, the swimming pool was heated and the breakfast is included in your stay, it just isn't recommended for locals who want to celebrate a night away from home!

My son and I were passing through Springfield and stopped halfway in Springfield. I’ve been to many hotels in this same area that have been mediocre for the same price as baymont!! Staff was friendly, hotel very clean and modern, beds very comfortable and clean rooms! We will stay here every time.

Hotel is clean , in mist of remodeling, but you wouldn't know it. staff is friendly and very laid back. Breakfast was awesome. ready and hot and staff was available if needed.would stay there again when in area.

For a place undergoing construction they are still doing a great job with customer service. Their hot breakfast was a typical, not great but not horrible. Adding a potato and 2nd choice of meat would help a lot. Also topping for the eggs (cheese, salsa etc.). The hot tub and pool area are open till 11. The hot tub was great, the pool needs to be drained and scrubbed really well. The bottom and cement lip aren't very conductive to wanting to take a dip. We were upgraded from a 2 double to a 2 queen because of the renovations. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Pillows, not so great, I always bring my own anyway. The pullout had no sheets, just a mattress cover and a blanket. When we got in the room is was HOT. The heat was on High and turned all the way up. It took several hours and an open window to get the room cooled off. TV is too small for the space of the room. Rooms were clean, even behind the head of the bed (which I always check, because they get forgotten) Refrigerator worked very well and had a larger than normal freezer. Microwave was a small typical hotel microwave. Towels when we arrived were actually big and soft. However the next day after room was cleaned we were given smaller very stiff (too much detergent and bleach maybe). We also went from having 4 towels to 2 and no bath mat. Had to go request those things. Shower head DEFINITELY needs to be cleaned, the buildup made the spray go in many different directions. Let me reiterate that this hotel is going through renovations, so taking that into account along with the desk clerks calling me by name (amazing that they work hard to know the people staying in their hotel) and what we paid for 2 nights I'm pretty satisfied. I know it doesn't sound like it, but I was. The issues will be fixed I'm sure as renovations finish up. Keep those employees, because THEY are amazing!!

We spent one night here and the staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area is really nice and there was a very good hot/cold breakfast provided in the morning.

Pretty good staff awesome beds only complaint I have is when we got into the room there was hair in the tub drain and toilet paper in the toilet still so could of been cleaned better but still enjoyed our stay and will be back

The room had been updated and was clean and nice. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly efficient staff. All around a good experience and great place to stay. I have stayed here on multiple occasions and have never had a bad stay.

Bed was very comfy and the room was clean. Breakfast and lobby area were terrific. When we checked in with Rebecca she was super helpful and got our stay off on a good start. Great room for the price!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We had arrived early but were able to check in early which we greatly appreciate. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The only ding would be the breakfast offerings. For what we were charged I would expect a better variety of items being offered. We will stay here again whenever we are in Springfield.

We booked rooms for a major move from Arizona to Indiana. The morning that we were to head as far as Springfield we found we had an issue and needed another room, preferably a handicapped accessible one. I called them that morning and reserved a room but was to.d they did not know if one of the accessible rooms would be available, but they would work on it. We pulled in 10 hours later and someone had worked their magic and found us a handicapped accessible room. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable and we all slept soundly knowing that our issue had been taken care of!

We stayed at the Baymont as we passed through the area on our cross-country vacation. We were looking for a reasonable hotel in the area. The room was freshly remodeled as they were working on remodeling the rest of the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was good and the staff there were friendly and helpful.

Great rate bed was great the staff were very nice and accommodating. did not eat the breakfast but went in and looked at it. scrambled eggs biscuits and gravy, coffee, juice looked good, standard fare.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was courteous and accommodating. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a large variety of good food, which they kept replenished. Would stay again!

Real nice hotel ,looks nice inside as well as outside. Ppl are nice also.
