The staff are exceedingly kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. I hear that their breakfast is really good but I never have been awake enough to make it to the breakfast, lol. The room AC is amazing. This isn't a 5 star hotel but it offers all the amenities that one would need. If I am ever through Springfield again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

The room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good with a lot of choices. I was hoping there was better light at least in the bathroom. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. Thank you for your hospitality!

Friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, nice bed but was a little firm for my liking, awesome shower head! The only thing that could be fixed is having a buzz in with the key on the first floor door on the side of the building. All in all great experience!

This is one of the best Baymont by Wyndham hotels we have stayed in. The service was great, the room was great, the bed was great, and the complimentary hot breakfast was great!. We have stayed in a few Baymont Inn's but by far this is one of the greatest. I only wish all the Wyndham hotels was as good as this one but we rate this one greatest of all the ones we have stayed in. I would recommend this one to anyone who is staying in Springfield. It is also pet friendly which is very important to us. I wish the Wyndham resorts were pet friendly also.

All employees were polite and helpful and thanked us for staying there. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Location was very good, close to everything. The staff was very friendly. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast room was one of the nicest we have seen. It was spacious and the seating was very comfortable.

We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of our room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pricing was very reasonable. And the staff was very friendly. Great experience. I’d absolutely go back.

The room looked great and updated! The staff was friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was nice and the lady keeping it going was awesome! Only issues were a tare in the in the sheets and grout needed a good scrub. Overall, we were pleased and would stay again!

The only thing bad that could be said for Baymont I44 is the pool was cold. The beds were good, breakfast was great, employees were friendly, and the whole place was clean. Easy check in and out. Plenty of parking.

Friendly Staff, very clean, nice pool and hottub. Kids had a good time and the breakfast was excellent! Coffee all day provided and very nice rooms!

We have had good luck at Baymont's in the past and this one was good as well. It was updated and that was nice to see,the room well appointed and clean. Desk people were fast on checking in and out and they had a good variety of food at breakfast. Nice for the money!

Everything was good except the pool closed at 11, wish it was open 24 hours, breakfast was poor and cold, and they couldn’t switch out our feather pillows for cotton due to allergies but other than that it was a nice stay.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. We had a good workout in the fitness center and the pool/hot tub area was popular. Free breakfast, wifi and parking. They take the noise levels very seriously, for which we were grateful. Thanks Baymont for a wonderful stay!
