A band of friends -we are riding our motorcycles from Indiana to California for three monumental life events...a 70th birthday, a memorial service for a beloved wife, and a wedding! We are stopping along the way whenever we are tired and we just happened to stop here at the Baymont in Springfield, MO. This has been a wonderful stop adding to the adventure. Clean, comfy, good breakfast, considerate staff. I would definitely recommend.

The people went out of their way to make things easier. Room was upgraded at no charge! The extended rate was very reasonable. Free breakfast was wonderful. The room was only used for rest, sleep, and of course outdoor TV channels. This is where I stay every time.

We go to Springfield about the same time every for a conference and it is always a busy time in town so we have tried several different properties. This was our second stay here. We like the Baymont chain as it is usually a trouble free stay. The I-44 location was handy and quiet and clean. Easy drive to the Event Center and lighter traffic staying off the main roads. Friendly, helpful staff.

First time staying here. Prompt and courteous check in. Breakfast was common fare, cereal, eggs, waffles, etc., was fine with me. Posted "Quiet time" from 11p-6a was great, made the night time peaceful. Only blemish I give is the card reader issue when I returned early Saturday afternoon and couldn't get into my room when I still had another night reserved....

A motel room is a motel room, if you don't like the one you get you can usually change it. But you cannot change the staff. This Baymont has the best staff I've encountered in a long time. They were super accommodating to my son who is autistic and does not speak often. He made multiple requests and each one was taken care of by different members of the staff without issue. They were very sensitive and empathetic to his situation and needs. Cannot thank them enough.

The staff was very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean hotel with good amenities. Breakfast is included with a typical spread of eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, bagels, etc. Very close to downtown Springfield and not too far from the airport either.

I had stayed here a couple times before and was very reluctant to stay here again but I'm glad I gave it 1 more chance. The staff went above and beyond, breakfast and staff were great. I didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub as planned. The room was very nice and bed was very comfortable. Thank you for everything.

Property and staff were nice. I did have a teeney problem the first morning, but Rebecca was all over it. She went beyond the call to make things right. The breakfast was good. Pretty easy access from I-44 and Glenstone Ave.
