Overall a good experience. Some small maintenance issues needed attention but did not inconvenience our stay. Sometime prior to our stay, the room had a smoker and still had a light lingering smoke smell.

Always great place to stay. Friendly people concerned with doing the job right. Always impressed with front desk staff. Manager Rebecca runs a great front of the house. Seldom ever have a problem but if I do I know Rebecca will take care of it.

Great stay. Clean room and huge breakfast. I got a really good price two hours before I needed the room. Staff was very nice.

Super comfy beds. Clean rooms. Lovely hot tub and pool. Great breakfast provided. Definitely recommend this place.

Room was nice. Rented a suite to have room to move. The only compliant would be that the sofa in the living room had tears in it. But it was clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast wasn’t great, but I really don’t expect much at hotel breakfast.

We travel Wyndham exclusively and this Baymont is by far the best we have experienced. Clean and modern with a great staff. Breakfast experience was very good. There was a lot of variety and it was kept clean and replenished in real time.

Had a good visit...the room that we had was really clean..comfortable...the mattress gave the indication that it is starting to break down...but it still slept well...Id stay again...the hotel is convinient to anywhere, including local attractions and restaurants...

The rooms are nice. Our room was right by the elevator. We did not hear a lot of noise from people talking but the elevator itself is very loud. Luckily we’re deep sleepers but this could be a issue if your a light sleeper. The breakfast is your typical hotel free breakfast. The indoor pool was a decent temperature but the hot tub was not available during our trip. Overall a decent hotel. We would stay again but request a room not right behind the elevator.

The 3rd party online service we had found the hotel on had issues once the reservation had been sent, but when we arrived the hotel manager corrected the issue quickly and was very friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained the hotel had all the comforts you expect. This hotel was pet friendly for a small fee but was well worth the stay.

The room was clean and very spacious. Shower pressure was excellent. Only bad thing was that the toilet ran all night long.

My wife and I were here on a business trip. The front desk staff was great. The hotel looks amazing and updated. Would recommend to anyone staying in Springfield! The breakfast was very good. My wife and I have to eat gluten free and there were gluten free options. I think for the money we spent on this hotel we got a great value for the money!

Overall it was a fabulous experience. Price was great. I'd give 5 stars except the bathroom ceiling was crumbling into the tub, and the bathroom was dirty. Walls were dirty, as well as the back of the door. The corners on the floor and around the toilet were also dirty.Even the pamphlet was dirty. The rest of the room and other hotel facilities were great and very clean. See photos of the bathroom.
