I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The front desk staff made us feel very welcome and important. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, a hot meal of sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy.

Everyone was so nice! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

As soon as we walked in the door we were made to welcome and important as guests. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a full meal-eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc.

Check in was easy and fairly quick. The rooms aren’t insulated well but everyone settled down by 10:30 - 11:00 pm. So wasn’t a problem for us. The room was nice, clean, and had plenty of outlets. We only stayed one night but would make reservations to stay there again.

This property is back off the road from Glenstone which is helpful since there are so many prostitutes and transients hanging around other hotels on Glenstone. Only hotel guests were on the property. They allow pets, which is helpful. The front desk is helpful and most of the cleaning staff are polite. The room was not fancy but relatively clean. The bed and bathrooms were very clean which is the main thing. The area is quiet even when the hotel was fully booked. They also serve breakfast which helps for people on the go. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It is not glamorous but it is very reasonable.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations except the shower. The shower handle presented a safety issue for small children, which we did not have. The shower control handle was loose an turned 360 degrees allowing for hot water to discharge first if turned in the wrong direction. We informed the staff and expect they took care of it after we left.

Room was very nice, kids loved the pool, we all loved the breakfast. Price was good for the area and location was excellent. Also liked that there were a few good places to eat nearby. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

Excellent service! I basically chose which room I wanted. The room was clean and smelled great. I ordered pizza but did not think about napkins or plates and Jordan gave us some! The breakfast bar is amazing and the man serving was so friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean also!

It was a good stay, only a weekend trip. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. It met my expectations.

The staff was incredibly friendly (everyone from the housekeeping/maintenance staff to front desk and breakfast room staff). It was a joy to interact with them. The room was very clean and smelled like disinfectant when we first arrived, but the air cleared quickly once the AC was turned on. The breakfast was a true hot breakfast: eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, as well as pancakes, breads and muffins, cereals (hot and cold), orange juice, apple juice, and tea & coffee. We will absolutely return to this hotel when staying in Springfield. The rooms were mostly quiet but you could hear conversations in the hall and doors slamming as people entered and exited their rooms.
