This hotel is outstanding! I visit Springfield about 5 times a year and have stayed at several different hotels in the area. This one is by far my favorite! The rooms are spotless everytime I go. The beds have quality mattresses that will make you want to sleep in every morning. They have a sparkling pool and hot tub located inside for all year access which is open late and opened early. They have a state of the art fitness room equipped with several workout machines. There is on site laundromat so you don't have to travel w/ your dirty laundry. They have phones in the room so you can contact front desk for any questions or a wake up call The employees are very personable and always have a kind word when you pass them in the halls or at the front desk or even at breakfast ...there is always someone to assist your needs a few feet away. The location of the resort/hotel is near several nice restaurants whether your looking for an adult night or family night. They even have a big shots golf course within walking distance and of course a walmart!!! To top it off They have a breakfast buffet that has everything you could want including a endless coffee machine available 24/7. Combine all that with their rates and you will find there is no reason to go anywhere else. if you do decide to visit, I encourage you to leave a review of your own because I am sure you will find it as pleasing as we always do!!!!!!! The staff was so nice, so friendly! I slept wonderful! Those pillows in the room are soooo comfortable!!

Was a very nice room plenty of hot water and was nice and quiet not a whole bunch of kids bouncing around everywhere

My husband and I stayed for the weekend. It’s a nice hotel that is very clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure was nice and hot (some hotels are horrible). They have a nice indoor pool, indoor hot tub and gym. We ate the FREE breakfast and it was so good. Their staff was very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that every room had a microwave and small refrigerator, perfect for leftovers. I would definitely chose to stay here the next time I’m in Springfield.

Baymont is right off of interstate 44. It was easy to find. Friendly staff from evening manager to breakfast staff. Room was great, clean and comfortable. Sadly for me, fitness room was not available until 7am. . Way too late for my travel schedule.

Booked room for my parents for one night since they were passing by. I believe it was Shawn at front desk was super helpful, made it super easy to book room and pay for so my parents wouldn't have to worry about it. I had mentioned to him that they didn't speak English so if he needed anything call me directly. I translated at checking for the most part over the phone however the next day I spoke to my parents after they checked out they said Shawn at check-in walked them to their room, helped with ac even tried getting some Spanish channels on TV for them lol. Thanks Shawn for your great kindness. Rare these days.

Getting away for a night this place was great. The check in was easy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to relax and not worry about anything. Check out was easy and we appreciate the staff at Baymont!

We selected this hotel with the “Wyndham” name and we were disappointed in the lack of maintenance and curbside appearance. Smokers located surrounding the front door, dirty broken concrete, upon entering carpets stained and foul smelling. Not very welcoming and somewhat unnerving that we made the wrong choice to stay. We were greeted by the front desk and given our room assignment which lead to a clean moderate size room with a king bed. Upon our inspection carpets haven’t been cleaned behind bedside tables, probably ever, as we went searching for an outlet to plug in our phones. Bathroom was substantial but could definitely use an up grade.
