The place was great. Clean, smelled clean. The computers were down and the staff was very apologetic but still took care of everything. The room was clean. The water pressure was amazing. Everything was there for us to use. The beds were comfortable, the AC and heater worked. You could hear everything through the walls- I was a little worried about that, but when we went to bed, I heard nothing. Slept pretty well for away from home. Definitely will use them everytime we come to Springfield. The only downside really, was the place was PACKED. The pool was packed, the hot tub was packed. We had to skip out on that.

We had a wonderful stay! Pool and hot tub were warm and fun for kids, breakfast was delicious, everything was clean and staff was incredibly friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice hotel, just a little off the beaten path, and the end of the building doors weren’t usable, so you had to park and walk to the middle of the building. The people were nice, breakfast was decent and the rooms were good.

Because it was on the cheaper end of hotels, I was a little nervous for sure! It turned out to be really nice. The room was very clean, smelled clean, and the staff was very friendly and easy to work with.
