Room was great

Clean room, nice desk clerks, good breakfast, moody kitchen worker.

Greeted as soon as I walked in . pleasant mood from girls at desk. My room was clean which is huge in this industry. The bed comfortable. Breakfast very good.Would return if I'm in the area. Close to restaurants and stores.

Great stay, quiet and clean. Shaninn very professional warm welcoming smile. Mike, the maintenance guy, had to fix my phone. He was so respectful abt coming to my room. Soraya waited patiently for me to gather my belongings at check out. My entire stay was actually great. Will be returning.

Good value. 4 stars compared to other comparatively priced hotels. Room was clean, shower good, pillows were curious (small and very thick, but not uncomfortable), walking in on someone already staying in a room given to us not so good. Was fixed quickly. Breakfast was good.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Even the sofa bed was comfortable with a memory foam mattress. The hallways were quiet and breakfast was very good. Loved the pancakes and the coffee was hot and ready! All the staff were friendly and helpful from the desk to the breakfast staff. Will be staying here again.

The bathroom could be updated, but the water was nice and hot for showers. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Quiet location, but great access to attractions and dining in Springfield. Check in was a breeze and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice and fueled us for another day on the road.

The bed hands down the best part. Ive never slept on a bed so comfortable in my life. Next time we pass through town we will stay again just because of how comfortable the beds was. Everything else was great but that bed was 5 stars.

Staying at Baymont Wyndham was really nice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Angie the one that does the preparations for breakfast was great. She was very friendly to our 3 year old grandson Johnny. She showed him some love. ❤️ We would recommend this hotel. Our grandson loved the pool. I even taught him to swim. Please come see for your self what we enjoyed. Be Blessed 🙏

Melany the night clerk was so kind and courteous in setting my reservation up! The room was very clean and did not smell like some often do. The bed was clean and made up nicely! Great place to stay for the price. Pet fee is a bit excessive, don’t think Veterans or their immediate family should incur additional fees!

Christi that works the front desk at night when we checked in was the happiest! NICEST, friendly, MOST accomodating person!!! She went above and beyond for me…. And it was her birthday!!!! Thank you!

I've been here for 2 months and it honestly feels like a second home. Every staff is amazing and fun. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. Angie the breakfast manager and Kristina with a K makes the best complimentary breakfast around. 5 stars baby, 5 stars.
