One thing that could be improved is to make the elevator faster… it seems so slow

Clean, quiet, nice & friendly staff. My room was clean, lots of towels and the bathroom was very clean. There were enough towels for the room. The coffee was very good and the breakfast had everything you needed. There was enough parking. Also there are great food places nearby so you have lots of options for dining.

Good stop

Overall our one night stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel main spaces definitely need a deep cleaning or an update. As for the room, it was clean updated and smelled of Fabuloso. Unfortunately, the sink didn’t drain well when just washing hands and the amount of cleaner they used left the tile slick and hazardous. On the plus side the bed was comfortable, the air and the tv worked. The breakfast was nice but left some to be desired. It was a pleasant experience and we would stay again.

Best stay in Springfield, MO!! I've stayed in three other hotels & they DO NOT compare at all. The room spelt so clean, it appeared very clean aw well...and the beds were absolutely comfortable!! We'll be staying here again, plus the price is great for what you're receiving!!!

Clean, comfortable, quiet

Had to get a room last minute for our son traveling and hauling another vehicle. They were very accommodating to help us..Son said location was sketchy it had a lot of homeless people around. But overall nice hotel inside.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and outgoing, the breakfast section was great, the food area was clean and the front desk was very helpful when ask for help. The pool area was clean. The gym room has everything for daily workout.

The breakfast buffet is very nice and well kept, Angie and Sherry do a wonderful job keeping things clean and well stocked. The pancakes are pretty good.

As a truck driver based out of Springfield, I stay here quite often. It is ALWAYS a pleasant stay. All of the staff from Angie and Kristina up to Seannine at the front desk are friendly, helpful(and funny!). My fellow drivers and I affectionately refer to this place as the 'Hometel'. Looking forward to coming back here for many years. Thanks girls!

I have stayed at this particular hotel several times and I have never been disappointed. The service and cleanliness are top notch. The beds are so comfortable and so are the pillows. Location is right off the interstate and near several restaurants and shopping places. Bass Pro Shop museum and Aquarium is just down the road and Fantastic Caverns is a short drive away and so is the zoo. I will be staying here again.

Excellent value, easy access to/from interstate without excessive traffic noise in our room, and a clean and comfortable bed and adequate room accessories (AC, minifridge, coffee maker, etc.). Conveniently located gas stations and restaurants nearby.

Outstanding experience in every way. A TERRIFIC staff!!
