Breakfast was wonderful. Front desk ladies were very nice as were the breakfast ladies. The beds were ok but a little saggy where people have slept and the pillows could be a little firmer. But we appreciated the room was clean and there was a fridge in the room. Thank you for the nice weekend.

I was in town to help with my 95 year old mom’s elder care. I stopped in without a reservation and spoke with Tyler at the front desk. She was super kind and helpful and worked to quickly complete my reservation for a few days to initially get settled in. When I arrived at my room, Sindy, had cleaned and dressed the room to ensure a calming environment. The room was just what I needed after a day of driving from NC. Mackenzie (forgive me with my memory on name) and also Melanie helped me during my stay. They were both super kind friendly and helpful. I want to thank the entire team for being so helpful and for making for a comfortable stay.

Had a nice experience with this place. It started with room reservation. As soon as I selected the room, the total price was displayed, so I could have quickly backed out if I wanted to. Very transparent The room was quite satisfactory. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The layout was good, and sleepers did not have to deal with bathroom lighting in their eyes.The breakfast was top notch—maybe not as expansive as some, but well cooked. The pancake cooker was fully automated and not messy.

The staff is amazing and helpful, made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Our beds and pillows were awesome we slept like babies. This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We will stay at Baymont for our future trips.

Everything was fine. It was a room to spend the night in but when we first got there the room was slightly musty.

One night stop while traveling. Motel has been upgraded and was clean and fresh and comfortable. Hot breakfast included.

Our toilet overflowed the first time we flushed it. They immediately moved us to another room. The staff was very pleasant. Gave us an excellent dinner recommendation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars. This hotel was incredible! I loved how kind the workers are and what my hotel room included - a bathroom, big comfy bed, refrigerator, a chair to lounge in, a closet, crisp air conditioning and toasty heat, free breakfast...LOVE!!! My stay was fabulous and yours will be too.

Great location right off the highway exit 80 off i44 in Springfield Mo, within walking distance of some nice restaurants. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, everything you would want from a nice hotel. Thank you
