Advanced was the contractor my home warranty company chose to do my hot water replacement. Once advanced had the PO the work was performed quickly and professionally by Mark. I would recommend Advanced and Mark to anyone needing HVAC and plumbing work.

The tech guy came out and evaluated the problem and came to the conclusion that two parts were needed. When the parts had come in the tech guy return the replace the parts. Now we have heat again in our home. Thanks, Advanced Appliance!!! You guys are Awesome!!!

Cris and Robert were punctual, professional, informative, and went beyond the call of duty to make sure my issue was solved. I had been through a lot with two other Plumbers sent previously this week by AHS who weren’t as caring, nor Personable. They both were unsuccessful with solving my issue, Chris and Robert exemplified what good service is all about.

Advanced Appliance Services were quick to call back, and made it easy to schedule a service appointment. Robert and Chris gave me a call before their arrival, and were the consummate professionals. They were knowledgeable and efficient in fixing my leaking tub faucet & were kind enough to explain what the trouble was. Their service was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Advanced Appliance Services and Robert & Chris to anyone.
