Well, had to have the Maytag repairman, Eli Hughes once more, to come and fix my overheating fridge. A quick look and he knew right away what the problem was. Said he'd be back in an hour. 45 minutes later he was back and 20 minutes later I had a cooling fridge. AA is a great company to do business with. Highly recommend them for your consideration. Feb 2020. We were scheduled for next Wednesday but the technician called and wanted to come today (Saturday). OK great. He arrived on time and I explained what was going on with our ice maker and then he told me what was really going. Not the ice maker. He proceeded to start the repair and I being the curious kind, started asking questions. He was very thorough in responding and explaining the problem. Bottom line he was here for an hour. Took care of my problem. Mr. Eli Hughes was most efficient and courteous and friendly. He knew what he was doing and accomplished the task quickly. I appreciate Advanced Appliance company for having such an employee as Mr. Hughes. Thank you.

We had an appointment for equipment set up. The technician Andrew came and did the job in a timely manner. The young man was very knowledgeable when I asked questions of him, curtious and respectful. Thank you

Advanced Appliance technicians were very punctual & professional. They were knowledgeable & were able to answer all my questions & offered recommendations. I have had them previously for my a/c & heating systems & this visit was for plumbing. I would recommend Advanced Appliance to my family & friends without hesitation.

Long term customer always very pleased with reliable and excellent service. Jacob has worked wonders in arranging for all my ac/ heating/ plumbing needs are taken care of. Today’s water heater problems were quickly taken care of by the excellent team of Mark and Gary. As always, professional and quick service! I highly recommend Advanced Appliance.
