I am always completely satisfied with the customer service at Advanced Appliance. Most recently, two of the most professional, courteous and competent gentleman conducted plumbing service at my residence. These men kept us informed with every detail of their work. On top of it all, they were extremely efficient. I could not have been happier with the service that I received.

I set up an appointment for a disposal repair at my Mom's condo in High Point and Dave handled the service call. He came two days earlier than anticipated which was a nice surprise and was very knowledgeable, precise and explained everything to my Mom. She's very pleased. My interaction with the company was top notch, Amanda and Stephanie were very helpful, friendly and professional. This repair was handled with A+++++ care.

The response was great as our heat went out on a Thursday night late and Advanced worked us in on Friday so we didn’t have to go without heat over the weekend. The repair was quick, thorough and told us everything he did as he went along. We were lucky as it was something he was able to fix on the spot and we had heat restored quickly. Followed up too. Thanks!

I had Eli come out and take a look at my washer he was very helpful with explaining what was wrong with it also the lady's that I spoke with to get me on the schedule was very pleasant and understating and was able to get someone out in a timely manner will defiantly will be calling for any future problems that might occur
