It was Friday afternoon, my mother was visiting and my husband has a broken leg. We needed help fast. Advanced Appliance fit us into their schedule and the plumber and assistant showed up, even called before arriving. The plumber, Paul, diagnosed the problem and set about correcting it. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer all of our questions. We couldn’t have asked for more. Job well done.

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my problem and get my AC working properly in about an hour. Would definitely use these guys in the future.
