Positive: Professionalism This company honors their word by doing what they say. I received friendly professional service. My family and I are very grateful! We had no AC from 08/14 -09/02/2020 until Advanced Appliance Service got involved on 9/2...from beginning to end they kept their word.

We had a leak in our AC. We had been told for at least 3 years by different companies that it was too far up in the system and couldn't be fixed. Every summer they would come fill up with freon, which was going to be prohibited soon. We paid hundreds of dollars every year for freon. In 2016, someone from the AAS company was sent out by our Home Warranty for the first time. They found the leak easily, fixed it and told us that we would probably need that Home Warranty in the near future. For four years, we have been free of AC issues until a switch this June, 2020. Our home warranty sent another company. It was not the same. I called today to get this company's name in order to recommend them to a friend who needs an HVAC replacement..

I received a prompt phone call from this company as soon as my home warranty contacted them. Customer service was great. Wayne, the technician, was courteous and professional. My problem was resolved quickly on the first visit.
