He called in a timely manner upon his arrival and was courteous, quick, proficient with the diagnosis and repairs! He explained to me what happened to the unit and what needed to be done to fix it. The lady that scheduled my appointment was also friendly and kind! Overall, my first experience with Advance from beginning to end was outstanding and I'd definitely contact them again!
