Richie came out to service our washer. He was Very professional and had a wealth of knowledge on our machine. He took the time to cover his process to repair the unit and was able to get the unit operating until he could return with the parts. I do wish they would allow the technicians to carry some common high usage parts on the trucks but that’s hard due to range of machines. Great company with Outstanding Service folks. Advanced Appliance has performed many problems that I have in my home requested through my home warranty. They are professional and courteous and get the job done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend their services in whatever problem you have.

The service was fantastic! The only problem we had was that it took over a week before we could get on the schedule. But, once the technician arrived, he was tremendous.

They repaired my refrigerator, working like it should be.

Working with a Home Warranty can be a hassle. AAS was very responsive and had answers for me when I couldn't get in touch with my Warranty company. New pump for the dishwasher and a new compressor for the AC. They were great to work with. Thanks!
