The tech who came to my house was very professional and took time to answer all of my questions. He ensured everything was working correctly prior to leaving my house. Based on this experience, I would recommend them.

Needed a new gas hot water heater which was under a home warranty, but was grossly under code. They came in and put everything up to code the city inspector said it was a every well done install.

The service reps were very knowledgeable and responsive. The only thing was the wait time between putting in the order for service and getting someone to come out (2 weeks) and finally repair (an additional 2 weeks), partly due to the home warranty through which we were working. Definitely knew their stuff though.

Positive: Professionalism With the service fee 107.00 plus 214.00 for freon that's crazy. They won't repair until it leaks out 2 times in a year. I really think that's not right especially when you pay 72.00 a month,for years and never use the service. Just hopefully it makes it a few years before it leaks out again. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality This crew that came removed the old A/C unit up stairs , replaced all the old duct work and replaced the outside unit. They were on time everyday , called 30 minutes before showing up and worked from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm for two very hot days. These men worked hard and were so courteous to me and my husband. Service technician serviced our air unit today. He may have saved us from the house burning down. While he was checking the part in the attic, he found a power strip and extension cords laying on the gas furnace. The power strip had melted, causing a potential fire hazard. This had been done by another company installing security cameras. Now I have the prior installers coming to rework the job to insure no other stupid things were done.
