I had an exceptional experience with Advanced Appliance Service, Inc. from the scheduler to the technician. David arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem straightaway and had the part needed on his truck. My appliance was back up and running properly in just a few minutes. Great service!

Positive: Professionalism Refrigerator repair. Repair delayed twice due to COVID and then part order delay. When they did come out charged service call only to compensate for delays. Grateful for their consideration.
