Positive: Professionalism 2 service technicians, Bryan & Dillon, arrived on time, called to inform me they were on the way ... cleaned my gas heating system thru an American Home Shield pre-season tune-up ... found a faulty thermostat & showed me why it was malfunctioning (was13 yrs old), which they replaced with a newer model ... explained how the new thermostat settings worked ... professional, personable & fast workers ... thank you for employing & training professional & dedicated technicians ... I have used you 3-4 times in the past & you always send great heating/air guys to keep my systems running smoothly ... THANK YOU! ...
