Your agency name and uploaded header, email, and square logos lead the agency and client experience. ReviewTec plans are not promoted to your clients. The agency portal uses agency.reviewaccess.com, and client portals use client.reviewaccess.com.
Can I set my own client price?
Yes. ReviewAccess bills your agency at the displayed wholesale rates. Your agency decides how to package the service, what to charge, and how to collect payment from each client.
Can I start with only one client business?
Yes. There is no separate agency platform fee or minimum portfolio size. Start by activating one business, then add more active businesses, locations, or request packs as your client base grows.
Is there a free trial for the agency plan?
No. The first active business is charged during agency setup. Billing is monthly prepaid, and additions made during a billing cycle are prorated and charged when added.
What can the client do in their portal?
Depending on the access you configure, client users can send requests, review live activity, manage locations and team members, configure messages and review sites, use reporting, and work with automation or Zapier connections.
Does ReviewAccess contact or market ReviewTec plans to my clients?
No. Your agency owns the client relationship. ReviewAccess supplies the software platform and does not use the client portal to sell ReviewTec plans to your clients.
