Right from the first step in, I was very pleased with the front desk person. I’m guessing she was the owner. Very pleasant and helped me out as it was my first time. It is a bit smaller than some other places we’ve been to, however, I liked that I could watch one in the sand box and still see my other older child in the maze. Speaking of the sandbox, the sand looked new and was so clean. All the toys looked like they were in good condition, no rips and tears-everything was in good condition. The thing that I really like is the cleanliness of the whole place, they even came out on the floor during the morning a few times and were sanitizing. You could tell this was a common practice and not just an after thought. The bathrooms were clean and I like that they had a urinal as well (I know that sounds dumb) but when you have two children, different genders both having to go at the same time-it works! I also liked that you are able to bring a “simple” brown bag lunch if you choose AND they had a variety of snacks that were not just candy and junk. You could add it as an addition to your lunch and they didn’t force you or push you to purchase. The pricing of the toys, snacks, etc was not breaking of the bank. Each one of my littles got something and it was under $20 with go-go squeezes. The only thing (and it would not make me not want to go back) but it’s with many of these places-I wish they had a better tracking system/security for children and parents. As a nanny and educator, it’s a shame we have to think this way but in this day and age, there are predators out to take children. Having children and parents wear corresponding bracelets that you scan and would alert if a child walks through the gate alone or with the wrong person just would put a mind at ease. Even just a more secure gate coming in and out of the play area to the common area by the front door. The only other thing I would say is the sand box area has another door that CAN’T be accessed from outside or inside but is close to the curved road and it would be advantageous to have concrete barriers in front of those door on the outside in case a car goes rogue and runs into it. (I don’t know if that’s something the owners can look into but would be something to invest in). I was very happy with the place and told them we would be back throughout the summer. Our drive to the place was 54 minutes. A++++ 10/10!

My grandson loved the sandbox. He climbed and jumps throughly enjoying himself.

This place is great for toddlers. Highly recommend it. Staff is great, always making sure kids safety.

It was my 20month old and I first time and we had a great time. The staff lady was very very very nice she even promoted the products that was for sale. I brought two hand made bags for my son (Cookie Monster and baby shark)…. Did I mention I met a new mommy…. We will return

First time taking my 3 year old daughter to totsville. It was absolutely amazing and so fun. My daughter loved everything. Especially the big sand box! It's a very clean place which I loved.

We were in town waiting for our older son at an event and were looking for something to do with our younger children. We found this not far down the road- and loved it! The staff were friendly and quick with the check in process! The girl at the front was patient with me as I had to fill out the waiver which I’d completely overlooked when I found the website! But the waiver was quick and easy! My kids had an absolute ball!! I definitely hope we get another chance to come play again!

First time visiting Totsville. Brought my 3 year old Grandson. He had so much fun. I loved Totsville! It was very clean, so much for the kids to do, perfect for a rainy day. We will definitely be back. Thank you
