The staff is super sweet and welcoming. Always going around and cleaning or sanitizing. Not too many people on a weekend! Very nice place for little ones.

Totsville has been a great choice of play for our two energetic toddlers! There are plenty of spaces to keep the kids entertained, and when needed, parents are allowed into the play spaces as well. There are areas for those in the busy infant-toddler transition stage and it’s been fun to watch them grow and challenge themselves within the bigger kid areas. The reason why I give a 4-star review is due to food/drink options. You are not supposed to bring in outside food but there are no healthy snack options provided.

We hosted our daughter’s second birthday there and had a blast! Totsville is a very clean venue that literally takes care of all of your party planning needs. We were able to stroll into the party (al biet late) and just hop right into fun. We didn’t have to be concerned with decorations or food or fun - we literally showed up, brought a few other food items, and left after two hours. I’d highly recommend them for others looking for a kids party venue.

Very fun for small children, my only complaint is the 2 shooting area with the balls. Please foam that shooter because when kids bend down to grab the balls they hit their head with that. Very unsafe. Other than that everything is very safe and fun.

Loved it here! Took my LO for the first time today and she loved it. Super clean, very friendly staff who stayed on top of welcoming every one, interacting with the kids, and keeping the place clean even in the midst of play time. There’s a lot to do in this little space! We will be returning :)

Two of us took our 2 year old grandson sons. They loved the balls but when they got to the sand box we could not get them to get our. Everyone one of the staff were friendly and helpful. Great place for grandparents to have fun with the grands. Remember to bring socks. Bathrooms were very clean

absolutely love the place the environment the team when we walked in , everyone was very helpful and kind and patient. We got there little early so it was empty, which was perfect for my son. Everything was clean up to par. The environment was really nice. The AC was blasting. It was overall really great experience. I completely recommend for any type of child.

First time ever here. Loved every bit of the experience

Had a group field trip and the kids had so much fun! It ia a Clean and friendly environment!

I was visiting from out of town and needed something to do with my 3 year old godson. We stayed for over three hours and he had a blast! They have an indoor sandbox area that the kids seemed to really enjoy. All of the play areas were engaging (slides, ball pits, tunnels, etc.) and the staff were seen constantly cleaning throughout the play areas. I even saw some older kids (around 7-8?) having a great time as well. There is a nice seating area with tables for guardians to sit. I saw some folks bring their laptops to pass the time. They offer juices and snacks that you can purchase. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely visit again the next time I'm in town.

We went on a Wednesday (half-off price). Kid cousins enjoyed it especially the sandbox (the sand was high quality). The staff went above and beyond with their excellent friendly customer service, even provided a band-aid for my daughter.

My baby really enjoyed himself. I thought it was great.

Stopped by randomly with my 2 year old nephew and this place was great. The lady who works the front was so helpful and kind. Everything was clean and organized! My nephew had the best time!

This place is absolutely amazing! We are just visiting and wanted to take my daughter somewhere safe, fun, and with lots of things to keep her busy. We stayed 6-7 hrs 2 different days. She didnt want to leave. Enjoyed everything and new friends to play with. I wish you could open one in Georgia. There is nothing like this. You guys do an amazing job keeping everything clean. Love the areas where parents cant watch the kids. The sandbox is a perfect size, with more than enough toys to share. Sand is clean and the step2 truck slide is a great little slide in the sandbox. Also love bubble time randomly throughout the day. The huge ballpits are hit. My daughter also loved the jumparoo tires with poles to hold onto for a higher and stable jumping experience. Great idea to have a few tables for parents to sit and feed the kids snacks to refuel, for the kids to color or parents to work on their computers. We will definitely be back again.
