I've been a member on and off for over 5 years, only freezing or cancelling my membership temporarily while I travel out of the country for months at a time. I love the other members, everyone is very friendly but my only concern is the lack of loyalty I receive from the company when returning back to renew my membership. There are no deals, Notting to help me out, leaving me to pay a premium each time I'm looking to get back into the club. Other than that, a great gym to workout in.

After trying other gym's in the past and not feeling comfortable, I have finally found one that fits me! The staff are super friendly (especially Kinga). So glad I decided to try shapes!

Great power classes! Very welcoming group members and instructor. First time in my life getting up at 5am to exercise and this group is really motivating. Gym staff is helpful and cheerful and the locker rooms are clean. Good experience.
