The verified review history behind Express Plumbing Heating & Air

The pair worked tirelessly but very efficiently to ensure our replacement AC unit was installed and operational the same day! They went above and beyond to ensure the work was done correctly and well and did it in a socially responsible manner, staying well into the evening to get it working. If only more people were as good as they were. Highly recommended!

Your customer service is amazing😃 Tyler, Rickey, Ethan and Luke did a wonderful job on my plumbing repair that had been waiting to happen for a long time. They were courteous polite diligent and creative with the repair. They even found a buried sprinkler! I know I can always count on your technicians to do a great job😃

I’ve used Express plumbing twice this summer after moving into an historic home and finding out all that comes with it. I’m each occasion the staff were friendly, personable, completely professional, and thoroughly walked me through everything before they did it. When they found problems, they showed the evidence clearly and gave an assessment of the risks and costs of delaying action or addressing it now. Both times they were exactly on their stated estimate with no upselling and no additional charge for paying by credit card. Definitely impressed.

Jake with Express was awesome- I used Express based on a friend’s referral and I was very pleased with the service provided ( septic tank pumped)

Yearly maintenance on water heater went off without a hitch. Great company and service techs to work with.

I have used Express for many years. The service is excellent. James was my technician today and did a phenomenal job! He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He was a pleasure to work with and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Express!

Ricardo with Express Plumbing Heating & Air was extremely professional and friendly. He made the change to outside water faucet and the explained how the new faucet works and took video under the home to show no leaks remained. Highly recommend Ricardo.

In this world of mediocre services, Jake and express plumbing were standouts. Extreme professionalism from the initial phone call all the way through the end of service and follow up. I would be happy to use them again and I would be happy to recommend them to anybody needing their services.
