Great service

Fast, courteous

Duke’s Garage Doors did a fantastic job replacing my older garage door opener. The technician Moises showed up on time and was friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He worked with his manager to get me the best price (including a military discount) and performed the work quickly, thoroughly and he cleaned up completely after the job. You can’t ask more than that! Great company, great people!

Bryon did an awesome job and was super nice. My garage door is working perfectly again. Really happy with DGD, they were able to get someone out really fast to repair my door! Other companies were scheduling a week out. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks!

Technician Randy Robert provided outstanding service! He repaired my garage door very quickly and did an excellent job. He was extremely kind, respectful, and a true gentleman. I also appreciated that the company sent me a text message with his photo and arrival time before the appointment, which made me feel comfortable and secure. Very professional my tech John was awesome

Bryon was our tech and he was extremely thorough and professional. He upgraded both our garage door openers with new jackshaft style openers. Bryon took his time explaining our options and after install he programmed all remotes and keypads. DGD communication was great. Highly recommend them and will be using them in the future!

Dukes garage door came out and service our garage recommend a new updated version; They have always took care of of us thur years. Great dependable team.

From the first sales call, to the last test of my new garage door, this was a praiseworthy experience. My somewhat unique application was expertly designed, and the installed product was exactly what was promised. When Steve showed up for the installation appointment, I expected another helper to arrive during the install. But Steve handled the entire task singled handed, and was finished with the job in under three hours. In summary, Duke delivered a Five Star experience start to stop.

Duke's Garage Doors delivered on all promises at the best price in town! I am so happy with the product, the service, and the price. Duke's easily beat the best of 3 quotes, installed exactly according to schedule discussed during the sale, and did a fantastic job. I can't recommend them more.

Of course, it was the Sunday after a holiday when my garage door decided to not open. I called DGD planning to leave a message for Monday but someone actually answered the phone and said they could have a tech out that day. The young man who came was very informative and explained what needed to be done and what my options were. The repairs were done about 3 hours after my call. I was very impressed with the work that was done and the price seemed reasonable.

They missed a time window they gave me to come out.... But I still gave them five stars, They did call to tell me they were going to be late.... The technician came out late in the evening, close to 8:00 p.m. He told me what needed to be done and about how long it was going to take, I was surprised somebody was going to do it at that hour.... I agreed. I'm glad I did. He was very good at what he did. It took him a little bit longer than he thought but he finished a job, and I was happy. He was neat and very polite. That doesn't happen much these days.

Fast, and knowledgeable Tech, Jish was great! Would highly recommend Dukes Garage Door to anyone needing repairs.
