John and Donnie were very professional. They did as I requested as far as any repairs. They replaced a battery which went very smoothly. Very pleased with the service.

Garage spring snapped and have them out the same day. Friendly. Decent price. Tech is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Great service!!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Our sales rep was upfront and helped us order the exact door for our needs. The installer was neat, skilled and organized. The office team made the permit work effortless. There are a ton of companies out there, we explored half a dozen before going with Duke’s and beyond happy we did!

The person who fixed my garage door spring was very efficient and had a great personality. He spent time explaining to me what was wrong and what he had to do to fix it which gave me confidence in him and his company. I wish I remembered his name but based on the other reviews I’m sure my statement stands for all the staff that work there. This repair and the tech got an A+.

John and Danny provided excellent service. They arrived on time after notifying me they were on the way, John thoroughly explained everything he was going to do, including answering my questions about my service plan. They were courteous and friendly—-even to my dog which is very important to me. They took their time and didn’t make me feel rushed when I had questions. There are many clichés I could use to describe the service but just suffice it to say I am very pleased and if I could, I would request John for every service call or maintenance call that I have in the future.

Dillan showed up after what I would call after business hours. He assessed the problem with my door motor and offered suggestions to remedy the problem with pricing for the suggestions. He was quick and efficient and also very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Duke's Garage Doors and Dillan Thrasher.
