Dillion arrived within the appointment scheduled time (on the earlier side) and performed an assessment. A courteous gentleman. He recommended a new spring and rollers, cable tightening, as well as a possible motor replacement. Financial constraints allowed me to only authorize the spring and rollers. Dillon was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. I asked him to also provide me an estimate for the cost of installing insulation. Received email quotes for the motor, insulation as well as my invoice. I feel the parts and service performed was competitively priced. My only minor negative was a lack of cleanup when the job was completed. I had to vacuum portions of the garage floor for fallen debris.

Wonderful experience with my first time using this company. I noticed a broken tension spring on my suddenly very noisy garage door. Because they dont charge extra for weekends, I was able to get service on a Sunday, saving me loss of income if Id have needed to take time off work on Monday for the repair. Jimmy came out within an hour, was very informative, and quickly fixed my problems. The price charged seemed fair based upon Google research. Great experience with this company & I wont hesitate to call them again when needed.

Randy was prompt, professional, and pleasant. Completely satisfied with DGD service.. Cable to torsion spring had stretched enough to jump off pulley and needed to be replaced. Door jammed and partially off track on one side. Both cables replaced, springs balanced, door lubed, $300. Perhaps a bit high, but first 2 places I called were all booked up. Had same problem on my mothers garage about 4 years ago and it cost about $175. Inflation is real.

I called because I had a garage door that would not close manually or with the remote. When Daniel Wynn, my technician arrived. He looked over both of my garage doors because I was having a problem with the other one, but I was just gonna ignore that one. He presented me with a plan to take care of the service on both doors. Daniel ran into a few quirks due to my previous electrician, but he took everything in stride and when he was finished, everything was working wonderfully! I can’t thank you enough.
