Advanced continually impresses me with the quality of their techs and workmanship.

Quite honestly, I have used this company before for a different type of repair and I was not pleased at all. But this time, a very nice woman scheduled my service call immediately, and the plumbing contractor Brian arrived at my home when he said he would. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me exactly what the issue was and what needed to be done about it. It was a very good experience overall! So all you business owners out there, this goes to show you that your business is only as good as the staff you hire to represent you. This time you got it right! Thank you!

The maintenance performed by Advanced Appliance Service was precise, quick, and most importantly honest. I was completely satisfied with the maintenance done and would STRONGLY recommend AAS to anyone looking for complete, honest, and professional maintenance.

I use Advance for quarterly HVAC maintenance and for appliance repairs! Very pleased with all of it! The techs are professional, well trained and efficient.

Great Service. We had no hot water and they worked us in, fixed our problem !! 😊

On 1/13/20 I went to pick up a part to fix my 20 yr. old washer. While waiting for the part at the counter, a technician named Patrick was walking by. I asked him his advice on putting on the motor/coupler. Patrick stopped and proceeded to give me a full explanation of the part and tricks to get the part on. He was patient and kind and explained to me how the part can be put on the right way or the wrong way! He explained how the new part was slightly improved over the old part and why some effort would be involved in getting the new part to fit. I thanked him for his kindness and him taking the time to make sure a "parts customer" like me was taken care of. I have been buying parts here since 1996. Everyone I have dealt with has been kind and they have what I needed to do my own repairs. The level of care and concern by Patrick, however, was exceptional. He is one of the most knowledgeable technicians I have dealt with. Thanks! (By the way, the part worked great and the 'ol washer is back running!)

I have been a customer for over 12 years. Service is outstanding! Technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They always explain the problem and give options on how to solve. I call Advanced for all my home repairs.
