The initial contract was a very nice lady who was friendly and was able to arrange our service appointment the same day of my call. The service technician arrived and was very friendly as well. He quickly diagnosed and corrected our problem and our heating system was back up and running within 10 minutes of his arrival. I recommend this company without hesitation to anyone with HVAC problems.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Had a new gas range installed. Was able to get an appointment easily and in a reasonable time frame. Initial installation went well but oven was not leveled, they came back out the next day to adjust. Service technicians were very nice and made sure I was pleased with the install and even educated me on care and maintenance of my new range.

Wish we would have had you come before chinch sent another company witch could not help us. We could have saved the deductible we had to pay them. The other. company diagnosis was. not correct and the warranty company would not cover the problem. They said it was the faucet and it was a pipe problem.
