Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness The technician called when he was 15 minutes from my home. He was very polite and kept his mask on while doing the repair. He explained what was wrong then said he would be over an hour to complete the repair. He explained some of the functions of the refrigerator before he left. No mess and a good repair. He was extremely professional.
