Positive: Professionalism I was very please with the work that was done to my hot water tank. James, the plummer who installed a pipe to the tank was extremely professional, polite and very careful with his surroundings. He keep everything clean and dry. His professionalism was also evident with his compliant with Covid-19 precautions. The work was done at a high standard and I was happy to have hot water again! I will certainly be recommending James to my friends and family. Thank you.
