They just GET it!! I can't say enough about this crew. I just had an extensive siding and window wrapping project on my house. The price was a fair one (I got 3 estimates), the work was thorough, and these guys were professionals. They worked straight through, remembered every detail I had given them as we went along, and Owner Mike Caparco was incredibly available to answer questions, offer advice, or tweak my ideas on what I wanted my home to look like. Mike and his team at RI Remodeling replaced 2 bow windows, installed cedar impression siding, dental & crown molding and new gutters at our home this fall. From the time we requested a quote, all the way through the end of the job, Mike was incredibly responsive and never left a text message or call unanswered. They worked with our schedule throughout with no issues. We told Mike exactly what we wanted, he was able to very clearly let us know what would work and what may not be the best idea. Regardless of that input, he was always willing to execute our vision. That said, we’re not experts in home remodeling and this direction is why we pay a contractor like RI Remodeling. Mike said he could do what we wanted but expressed concerns that we may not be happy with what we were asking for. We trusted Mike and adjusted based on his recommendations and couldnt be happier with the results. He allowed us to keep the character of our home built in the 1930s and avoid making our home look like a cookie cutter modern build. His team showed up consistently every day (weather permitting), worked fast and kept us in the loop as they went, constantly checking to see if we were happy with the results in real time. They were happy to answer any question / address any concerns we had throughout. They left our property exactly the way it was before they started, cleaning up all scraps and whatnot from the job. When some of the pieces we needed for siding were not available immediately, Mike gave us regular updates from the vendor on ETA. Working with RI Remodeling eliminated 99% of the stress weve experienced with other contractors in the past. Do not hesitate to give them a call, you will not be disappointed. We’ll absolutely be contacting the team again for our next project.

I recently had my house re-sided by RI Remodeling. From talking with Mike, you could tell this was a professional company and felt confident the job would be completed to my satisfaction. RI Remodeling resided and installed new trim on my home several years ago. After a thunderstorm passed through my area about a week ago I found that several pieces of trim had come off the house. I contacted Mike and he said I’ll take a look at it. Shortly after that I got a confirmation that “we’ll take care of it “. The next day the repairs were made. It’s been great working with a company that did a wonderful job initially and stands behind its work.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. I got my vinyl sidings replaced and porch railings. He provided me with a reasonable quote and was always quick to respond. Company made it seamlessly to get approval from my insurance for half of the payment and never pushed back on any request. Although some days were very cold the team was able to get the work done. No one ever does everything perfectly , only advice would be to have the workers be more cautious with the leftover nails. Thank you
