Are there contracts or setup fees?
No. ReviewTec strongly believes that if a service is good, it should not require a contract or obligation to stay. We offer month-to-month plans that can be cancelled and re-activated at your convienience.
How are your prices lower than your competitors?
We've been asked this one a lot over the years. The secret is in our automation. It's allows us to forego the overhead of large sales and support teams and focus more on the service itself. We have a small, dedicated team that looks for every opportunity to make things simpler and easier on our clients so they spend less time speaking with an agent and more time getting reviews.
How does automated setup work?
There are 3 steps when creating a ReviewTec Account. In step 1, you create your login. In step 2, you'll be asked to enter your business details. In step 3, you'll need to enter a form of payment. The moment you complete step 2, our system begins scanning the web in the background gathering your review links for Google, Facebook, Yelp etc. This happens fast and in many cases, is completed by the time you've finished step 3!
How many reviews will I get?
ReviewTec tracks your success rate and gives suggestions on how to improve. While every client has a different success rate, we can shed a little light. Our clients who do not use the negative filter AND ask for a review from each client before sending a request, have success rates of 50% to 85%. Clients who do not ask before sending a request (or) use the negative filter usually have success rate between 15% and 35%.
