We just had our tankless hot water system flushed and serviced by Harry. Booking the appointment was easy because Gilbert is prompt in replying, knowledgeable, courteous and always a pleasure to deal with. Harry arrived exactly on time and completed the job with attention to detail and took the time to explain exactly what he had done. He was respectful, polite and efficient. We would give this company more than 5 stars, if possible! It is wonderful to receive such great service!

We had a great experience with Liam. He was punctual, arriving exactly when he said he would, and he got to work right away. I had my fan coil repaired/cleaned by High Efficiency. They replaced the faulty actuator and the valve body. Asked them to descale the condenser too and I am pleased to say the cooling performance has improved drastically. They had to pay three visits, all punctual. Leon and Anand (I hope I’ve got the name correctly, if not my apologies) were very friendly, experienced and helpful. Very satisfied and highly recommend.
