Recently I have engaged High Efficiency Cooling and Heating Inc. to install a Carrier high efficiency furnace in my house because the existing Carrier furnace is already 26 years old. The work was completed in professional standard and 100% to my satisfaction. I am particularly impressed with the services provided by the home comfort consultant Charton and technician Mr. Lu. In the appointment meeting Charton was able to carefully explain to me all the details about the Carrier furnace, its price and functionalities, rebate, OPA refund, audit and the need of a curve return boot used to improve the air flow to the furnace. For me to get the Enbridge Gas Air Leaking Incentive, he even offered to help me to buy the weather stripping materials and install them properly at my house. Mr. Lu, a skillful workman, installed the furnace neat and clean at my basement. He could drill holes through the wall with precision and line up the in-take duct and exhaust duct accurately between joists, connect them to the furnace which in turn connects seamlessly to the heating and cooling system of my house. These employees have shown that they are highly competent on their jobs. They are really great assets to the company and I would recommend my friends to use the services of the company in the future.
